"Well Worth The Trip"

I contacted Tim Jones about a pre-owned Toyota I found on an internet search. Since I'm out of state in Pittsburgh, I had planned to come check it out on the weekend. Tim was super helpful and responsive and we were able to figure out all the details over phone/text/email, and he offered to bring the car to me so I could test it out and wouldn't have to spend a day coming to them. If I didn't like it, they'd take it back, no obligations. He gave me a great deal, patiently answered all my questions about an out-of-state purchase, and his team delivered the car to my house. All around great experience!

He showed us the vehicle we wanted to see, went with us for a test drive, and worked with us to get down to a monthly payment we were comfortable with. The rest of the sales team were also very nice gentlemen. We were given a fair trade for my other vehicle and they found us a really good interest rate.
